Pose Running

Pose running is one a of number of different running techniques that use a forefoot strike as opposed to the traditional heel strike form of running. A number of claims get made for Pose running but the evidence supporting it is not good. The evidence is that Pose running is more energy costly than more natural forms of running. There is also no evidence that runners get less injuries when using the Pose technique which is claimed by those that promote the technique.
